First, you need to journal down what you have done on your position and what are the job requirement on daily basis and keep them. Then from time to time, you need to reflect on your daily duties, and relate them to what you learned in your classroom. In your report, you should include three components: 1) brief on your daily responsibilities and background information on the company;2) relating to the theories or principles or concepts you learned in your classroom, how these practices enhance your comprehension, your findings, your thoughts on the subject materials 3) discuss what you learned and the skills you developed and conclude with any ongoing considerations (i.e., can be either for the position, for the firm, or for the learning point of view…)
