for this case study, after reading the guidelines and instructions, you have to assume the position of 7 key positions in a hotel:
a. General Manager
b. Sales & Marketing Manager
c. Front Office Manager
d. Food & Beverage Manager
e. Housekeeping Executive
f. Head of Maintenance
g. Human Resource Manager
for each of those positions, you have to consider tasks , that are available in the guidelines and instruction ( the tasks have to be done for each of the 7 positions). they are also instructions about sources that can be used. please refer also to the guideline( please use only sources that are free and accessible by everyone) Also be sure that all the part of guidelines are not forgotten. please use and mention the supporting material that i have also uploaded.
the professor also asked us to make 3 interviews that have to be mentioned in the case study, you do not need to. i will conduct them. the only thing i would like is if you can come up with some questions that i can ask in the interviews, that will be relevant to the case study. i will include them later when you will be done with the paper.
